Nag gym nako pag 2007 for 5 months and I somewhat achieved the desired results. I'm planning to go back this month pero nag-wonder lang ko kung ma achieve pa ba nako ang buff nga figure. I'm 27 now and running 28 in a few months. Can I still achieve the desired physique I want considering the fact that I'm in late 20's na?
I still look hot and fresh though. nyahahaha
