Almost all the big stores have this kind of arrangement man, boss. A friend of mine whose family was in the Internet cafe business a few years back always sourced their computers in bulk from PCX express though.

i suggest you would go for gaisano interpace pc package basin maka discount paka. sulit na kaayo compare sa mag assemble ka. although you still put some add-on to it like videocards for gaming.
