can anyone recommend a housing na nindut og affordable..? like maybe 5k per month? im planning to own a house through pag-ibig. is there a housing payment scheme na diretso monthly? wa nay equity? or naa jd na pirme? I'm a 4 year paying member sa HDMF BTW. mas nindut og duol sa cebu city but knowing the real estate prices sa city, probably as far as mactan or asa ba.. thanks!
