i think its called machiya mart. its in the block with the bakeshop at the corner.

Yup, its Machiya Mart. I was there last Saturday, and yes mo supply sila mga Japanese food, condiments, ingredients. In fact they're the supplier for some of the Japanese restaurants here in Cebu and Mactan.
