Room/House for Rent: Corinthians Subdivision Basak Lapu-Lapu

ROOM FOR RENT OPTION:

I own and live alone in this 2 story, 2-bedroom house and there's no one occupying the other room. I use the main bedroom but I only stay there for a few hours to rest or sleep after work.Decided to share my place and have the other room rented for 3K for room rent only. Preferably working, female is much better so the house will stay clean. It can accomodate 2-3 persons and will provide the bed single or separate. If you have a car, a garage is available. Location is in a very clean and nice subdivision with security. Also noticed stores close very late here and there's no need to go out of the subdivision when planning to get something. This is a good place to rent for people working in Mactan. I work night shifts in Cebu and transportation is not a problem at all. This is also okay for people who work in Cebu.

House Rules (ROOM FOR RENT):
-Prefer female occupants to rent room.
-There's no curfew at all and visitors are welcome.
-Internet connection is available.
-You can use all amenities and appliances in the house for Laundry cooking and storing food.
-You can bring your own appliances too if you really need to.
-You can use your Air-conditioner but you need to have somebody install it for you.
-The room has an area for your wardrobe closet or we can talk about installing one for you.
-Electricity costs will be divided among ALL occupants.
-A house pet is allowed as long as you keep the house clean.
-Payment of the rent and bills should be ON TIME.
-I must be notified for payment delays 2 weeks before the due date to avoid penalties.
