IT Companies that offer Par Time

Guys can you suggest to me IT companies that are offering part time jobs? Specifically not computer hardware technician (pareha sa mga naa sa internetan) and not Call Center.

Coz inig school starts I have only 3 subjects left.

So I want to make use of my extra time. I'm currently an IT student at USC.

As far as i know, NO software companies offer part time programmer or QA jobs, basin naa sa laing dept like Admin(GA,HR).

One of the reason for this is to protect trade secrets and project confidentiality.
kasagaran mga OJT (students) i assign sa mga dli kaayu critical na mga projects, sometimes gani research lang ang pabuhaton..

Pero lahi man jd na ang part time kaysa OJT kay ang part time wla jd idea ang company nus.a ka mahuman sa imo tenure.

ako pd sa una sa college (USC pd ko IT-pioneering) pag abot nako sa 4th yr puros nalang major akng subject kay nag cge ko ug summer.

naa kay mga option, instead of doing part time, kay trust me when you start doing your thesis you really need the time.

1. Practice and orient yourself sa technology sa company na asa ka mangapply in advance specially kanang mga technologies na wla gidiscuss sa school, like for example if mangapply ka sa lexmark learn Win32 SDK, driver development in either windows or linux
or learn java EE like struts in advance.

2. learn and enhance your design skill, dli UI design but architectural design, learn design patterns.

3. start planning and/or designing your thesis, start doing something about your thesis like gather requirement, investigate technology na pwedi gamiton, etc.

4. Rest your mind for now, learn something not related to computer, kay since maka start na ka ug work, computer na jd pirmi imo atubangan.

Yep. I've also thought of this before. Software companies want full time employees so that the project will have a consistent flow and the task could be done faster. Having an employee that works only 20 hours a week is too little and may not even benefit the project.

Leakage? Yup, that is so true. I have never thought about this before.

By the way wala nay thesis sa mga IT karon (USC). I don't know why they removed it in the curriculum.

Maybe I should take up some vocational courses in the next 5 months.
