Depende nas rating sa manufacturer, some rate it at 50,000hrs at 50c. Meaning if those caps/chokes operated at 50c it can go for 50,000hrs if its at 40c it operates a LOT LOT longer.. CPU heat has no bearing to the lifespan of the caps but only the temps on the caps alone. These jap capacitors are so durable that chances are other parts of your board will fail years ahead in any of the caps.
