Customer Service Professionals
As a customer service professional, you'll be assisting people from different countries, providing advice and solving problems. It can be challenging work, but you'll be rewarded with bonuses for helping people quickly and professionally, and making them smile. You will answer calls from customers, helping them resolve issues and solve problems while inputting their call information into the computer. You will also learn while on the job. As a customer service professional, you must be able to handle large volume of inquiries, and navigate the computer, while providing superb customer service.
Inbound Sales Professionals (Online Retail)
As a sales professional, you'll be assisting people from different countries, providing advice on products and helping customers select the right service plans. It can be challenging work, but you'll be rewarded with commissions as you help our clients meet their sales goals. Inbound sales representatives answer calls from customers who are seeking product information, while outbound sales representative call customers to offer specials and upgrades. Most of the sales programs are easy to learn, so you can begin earning commissions quickly. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.
Technical Support Professionals
As a technical support professional, you will take inbound customer calls to provide technical support for end users through active listening, effective troubleshooting, and problem solving through established methods and procedures. Per request, on inbound calls, you will provide “up sell” information that might include faster speeds, new features including technical support or any other information to disseminate on a call. You will identify the need to escalate specific issues and follow through where necessary. You will also transfers calls to other departments where appropriate. In addition, you will present detailed information and responds to questions from Managers, Client, and Customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Experienced Tech Support Professionals (Gaming Account)
You will answer queries regarding technical problems & provide customer service to end-users. You will take inbound calls Home Networking, as related to File Sharing, Router Set-up, IP addresses, etc. You will also up sell, provide information on value added services, and assist customers on billing issues. (At least 6 mos. call center experience is required for this post.)
Basic Requirements:
• Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
