Cannot browse youtube!! !

guys a friend of mine nagpa tabang xa nko kay ang iyang PC di na maka browse ug youtube as in wa jud xa display sa page blank ra... after typing nimo sa address bar wa ra nothing will happen as in blank ra dn wa man pud xa nag loading DONE naman. Tanan sites maka open man xa except sa youtube lang jud ang iyang ISP is smartbro canopy. the things that i've tried na are the ff:

-deleted cookies
-clear browsing data
-system restore
-install/uninstall web browser chrome/mozilla
-updated java script & adobe flash player

of all the things i've mentioned above sad to say wa jud ma solve ang blema unsa kaha ang cause ani kay kng mag.lagot ko formaton jud 2 nko ba.hehehehe..wa btaw 2 libog ako migo...

did you try to flushdns?
or try to open c:windows/system32/etc/host look for yotube then delete the line.

Akong friend diri sa Lapu² di pud ka-access sa YouTube. Why kaha no? SmartBro canopy user pud to sya. Sa ubang sites, pwede man, maka access man sya ug videos. Sa YouTube ra jud dili.

Smart bro canopy ko karon, makaaccess kog youtube pero hinay compare sa katong pldt dsl pako.

If advanced imo knowledge pwede ka mag flush DNS. Pero ako-a ako gibuhat kay ang http giilisan og https. Niwork man sad.
