Help how do i deal with this friend problem

Ok so here's the story. Trust me its worth the read.
I have a dance crew. There are 9 of us in the crew and we love each other. Lets call them 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and me 9. My brother, 1, is the one who created the crew.
One day, 1,2 and 3 went to another state to compete. Number 3 met a girl there and they eventually fall in love and started a relationship. Let's call that girl "poof".

As times went by, number 1 and 4 were becoming very busy and had lesser time to spend with the crew because of school. But the real reason was POOF did bad things on 1 and 4. BUT, never shared it because they dont want number 3 to get hurt. Things POOF did were that bad that they themselves started to develop a little hate on Number 3.

Number 3 feels disappointed of 1 and 4 because he thinks school is not a valid reason for not being there for the crew. And then, he starts to Bad Mouth at 1 AND 4 behind their backs. Now, 1 and 4 have a conflict with 3.

When number 3 started feeling disappointed, POOF, 3's girlfriend started to diss and insult 1 and 4 as well!
1 and 4 tolerated her nagging in the beginning, but as times went by, her nagging started to get more and more negative and one day finally, 1 and 4 scheduled a meeting for the entire crew because they wanted to reveal the truth. How they had been treated by POOF and stuff.

After that meeting, Number 3 confronted POOF about how she treated them. STILL, She never Apologized to 1 and 4. Instead she lied to number 4 again, saying the meeting was scheduled by her.

Now, 4, has got enough of it and wants to leave the crew. Number 1,4 and me are very very close.
if they leave, i'll leave. BUT I DONT WANT ANYONE TO LEAVE THE CREW HELP!!!??

it doesn't sound such complicated if you base it from your story.. .
pili lang.. you lose 1 member? or the crew goes poof altogether?
unless number 3 is your star dancer or choreographer.. the crew should be fine without him if he goes with poof. kamo man kaha sa imong brother ang leader? so what's the problem then?
ayaw na lang mo panghilabot sa lovelife ni number 3. wa man moy labot ana. ilaha pud na.
