    Default Weight Loss for ages 15-19 GIRLS ONLY


    okayy, mga babae napud kay halos panglalake nga way ang paglose weight sa mga thread na akong mabasahan. For me as a girl, i want to lose weight and i dont want to gain muscle sa arms. everytime magbasa ko sa mga post about weight loss diri feeling nako mudako pud ang muscle. gassh, di jud ko, lain kayo tan-awon nga babae nga naay muscle. naa baya jud koy plano nga mag sleeveless. i wanna get rid of my flabby chubby arms ! Girls, mga ate. panghatag mug tips please T_T

    I really want change before school starts.

    Hi. How old are you na diay miss? Murag bata ka paman para problemahon na. Hehe. Well anyway, you can always do cardio exercises like jogging, biking, etc. And then watch the foods you eat. Don't eat too much fried, oily foods. Sleep well. And lastly, DRINK DRINK DRINK! (tubig ha! LOL!) Water really does magic to our body. By the way, nice baya pud nang mga girls nga naay muscles labi na sa abs, murag Beyonce ba, toned kaayo ug lawas. Mao ra mani ako ma-advice miss. Just stay focused on your goal. Be patient kay dili na magic nga mo-effect dayon, wait patiently for the results. =)

    well, first of all, sayop man na d ka ganahan muscles hehe.. i think what you meant to say was, d ka nahan na super defined ang muscles mo sa arms..
    well, since you're young, what you need to do is just be active.. eat healthy as well. eat wheat bread instead of white bread.. lessen on carbs jud, that's the main thing. actually i'm chubby ron, and i'm on a strict no rice diet and so far it's working for me.. i don't know if it's exactly bagay for a young girl like you a diet nako.. better consult your physician as well as he/she knows best..
