almost everything edible have properties that make you gain weight. chocolates can be one. chocolates, basically, do not contribute largely to gaining weight. what makes a chocolate a fatty food is the other ingredients. milk chocolate and other sweetened chocolates are one examples of those which has fatty contents. sugar, milk and oils are major ingredients of a chocolate product. and that's what make chocolates a big NO-NO to those on a diet program.
so if you're on a diet program and you cannot sacrifice your craving for chocolates, try dark chocolates. dark chocolates are those that contain at least 75% of cocoa and less oils, sugar and milk. cocoa itself even contains a considerable amount of antioxidants that fight the free radicals in our body.
bitaw..black chocolate lng kaona....d na makatambok...c vicky belo mao na iya breakfast black chocolate
