Good day Istoryans!
I'm sharing this for I am very satisfied of the results.
This is a simple tutorial on how to use the HDMI output of your PC / Laptop on a LCD Monitor that has no HDMI input but has DVI input.
You just need the following:
1. HDMI Cable
2. HDMI ADAPTER HDMIF TO DVI 24+1M (From CDR-King)
Procedures:
1. Connect the "HDMI ADAPTER HDMIF TO DVI 24+1M" to the DVI connector of your LCD Monitor
Note: Make sure that you are buying the correct adapter: HDMIF where F stands for Female and the DVI
24+1M where M stands for Male. Here is the link to the product:
CDR KING
2. The rest is connecting the HDMI cable to the adapter on your LCD monitor and to the HDMI port of your PC. That's you, get a very good resolution (close to High Definition) video signal on your LCD Monitor.
