@TS- don't worry. It's not as complicated as brader canobic here makes it to be. The list he contains concepts, styles, programming languages, etc.

It's like you asked where to learn how to be a mechanic and he makes a list of all the parts of a car, that he knows of.

Although, most (if not all) of what is on the list is important to programming in general. It is not required for what you want. What you want is to learn how to make a database driven website. Harvard offers a nice little resource for that (click).

For learning programming in general. Harvard's CS50 should be more than enough to get you started (click).
