mga bro,since ask naman sad mo ani,mangutana lang sad ko unsa pamaagi ani?naa jud trainor ani?as in one-on-one murag kana sa salida?or is the gym just for equipment use only..?..or is it klase jud siya murag sa karate ba?

where can i buy good quality boxing gloves? i dont plan on being a boxer. jst work out lang. is the open finger gloves good enuf? or should i buy the one that covers the whole fist?

you can buy them at sports shops like JB sports or Chris at SM..the higher the price,the better the quality..but since for bagging purposes ra man kaha,no need to purchase those expenive ones..
..i suggest the close one.mu-itom na ang exposed part sa skin nga masige ug contact while puching..open fingers are for mixed martial arts purposes..
