i called them once but they declined to teach... they only accept professionals... like lawyers, doctors or so.... i have a colleague who studied under them but as what he said its no use... why don't you try searching for the TEOVELS BALINTAWAK in Basak, Mandaue City. It's in my thread... good afternoon...
