Kay ang ni violate mao raman sad ang ni himo sa law mao humok ra nila violate ila own law. Sulti man sila pirmi na naa gyud exception in every law and that is them self...

because there is no proper implementation of our laws.sige lang himu ug batas ang legislative branch pero ala pangil ang atong kagamhanan nga mugukod sa mga sad-an. why do u think flipinos are such law abiding people when they are in other countries? because they are scared.they know that the authorities will be after them whenever they gp against the laws.isa pa, ang mga nagpatupad sa batas mauy numero unong violators,maayo ba gud na?

.. because most of our judges and lawyers can be persuaded by the LINGGIN NA KATARUNGAON , They can be bribed. The rich and wealthy are the one's who frequently violate the laws coz they can "afford" justice.

I agree with Mace... i think the main problem is the lack of implementation sa laws. People think they can get away with it so they violate laws. We have a very elaborate legal system pero we lack the resources to implement it.

Because most filipinos have no discipline...that's the very reason why we're still in a deep muddy pond of poverty...so sad...but that's reality...

murag dili man siguro ang justice system amg dako na problema but the implementation. For example, unsaon pagdakop sa mga pusher if ang tulak pulis pud? besides, ang Pinoy walay disiplina, as simple as traffic laws, dili makasunod!
