    Default Dietary Fiber Supplements

Ask lang ko sa mga medical professionals dri, like doctors..nurse mn sd ko but I want a second opinion from others..

I'm familiar with laxative dependency, does dietary fiber supplements cause that too? like taking fibrosine daily? although fibrosine is not a laxative, but since it aides in softening the stool and it's not natural, will it be a risk factor for developing dependency?

    TIA!

    i'm not a doctor, i'm a med tech.

but i would suggest comparing how different products work sis, since different labels or different brands have different mechanisms why makatabang sila og loosen up og stools and how possibly they create a dependence. if you're using tambal gyud nga laxatives i think it would be helpful to know kung unsay specific action ana nga tambal. I'm taking dietary fiber supplements right now and ma notice nako if i can't take it regularly, it does affect my waste disposal too; is that what you mean of dependency? i don't get enough fiber in my regular diet that's why i seek the aid of dietary fiber supplements. studies show if you are able to eat 35 grams of fiber per day (that's around 6-7 servings of fruits and vegetables every single day) then you meet your daily fiber requirements; thus you don't need the supplements; otherwise, it wouldn't hurt if mu take in ka og dietary fiber supplement.
