Of course it's gambling cause there's a bet and money is involved.
Since Sonny O has accepted Guanzon's dare-I think this will just add more pressure on Guanzon to finish the project. And this is not good.
Guanzon might finish it but at the expense of sacrificing the safety & quality of the project in order to meet the deadline. I wouldn't go inside the CICC unless I'm wearing a helmet, have a rope tied around my waist and perhaps an ambulance and the rescue people waiting outside the building. All that AND a huge sum of money for me to go in. Hehehehe
