Hello everyone im not quite familiar about cebu im just new here here but I've heard a lot of positive feedback and one of them is that cebu has one of the biggest chinese community in the philippines..

Im planning to learn mandarin... Do you have any recommendations of a good chinese school that is not so expensive..... thanks a lot...

You can try Cebu Cherish also.

Most of the Chinese schools here are expensive. Especially Sacred Heart School - Hijas de Jesus and Sacred Heart - Ateneo de Cebu.
