video rotation issue... need your advice

hi... we recorded a video, resolution is 240x320 but it is in portrait mode not landscape... i tried to convert it to landscape pero as a result na stretch ang video.... pero 320x240 gihapon sya... do u know any software that can convert this perfectly like the "motion video" itself is in portrait mode pero and entire video naka landscape... im thinking na butangan ug black border sa sides... para ma constrain ang proportion.. thanks!!! urgent help needed

hmmm you can do this in virtualdub, you have to play around the settings though..its not exactly a user friendly software, but its free..
