^ Sakto jud, it's still to early but I see his progress, notice the renovation of CCMC which was never done before and the rehabilitation of Fort San Pedro and Plaza Independencia. Also the revival of more historical sites and the replacement of Cebu City's streetlights with LED lamps along N. Bacalso and Jones. LED's are more cost-effective in terms of energy consumption than the yellow sodium lamps before. And in the future all streets in the city will be as bright as Jones Ave.

Also, one of his plans is to rehabilitate the sidewalks and the atmosphere in Jones. He will soon rejuvenate downtown Colon and turn it into a tourist site.

Notice that his projects were aimed at beautifying the City. So he really has done a great job in his first year as Mayor.

^^agree pd ko ana. i do also hope nga he'll do something about the crime rates esp hold up, snatching, and the like...

aesthetics should be the least of priority, imho... there are too many issues roving around that needs attention. One common issue is drainage...

kanang sa fort san pedro and plaza indepencia i think time pa mana ni osmena wala palang nahuman coz dako kaayo ang project cya rama ang ni tiwas. its like alvins time sugod ni tomas tiwas ni alvin.
