Let me begin:
I started lifting because of a knee injury. In the course of rehabilitating that injury, I realized that I could do more when I was able to Squat/Deadlift bodyweight. I continue to lift to become Strong(er). Lifting is my catharsis and my therapy - it gives me a controllable and more or less predictable variable in a life with very little certainty.
My training philosophy is to become Strong(er).
