    Default Grilled Cheese Sandwich


    For me sandwiches are really healthy. Less oil, less fat and no need to fry. Just know what things to put in your sandwich and you're good to go. My favorite sandwich is the grilled cheese sandwich. I just mentioned about being healthy and no need to fry well sometimes it's alright to indulge yourself in some pleasantries.
    Mr. Grumpy's Grilled Cheese Sandwich
    Ingredients:
    Butter, Cheese, Mushroom, Bacon, Onion, Bread
    1. Fry the onion and bacon with the butter in a sauce pan and then add the cubed slice mushroom. Fry til it's brownish.
    2. While frying, prepare the bread and cheese. It is better to buy the ready to put cheese rather than those block cheese where you have to thinly slice them which is a hassle. But if it works for you then it's fine. Put a slice of cheese on each bread then add the fried onion, bacon and mushroom in the middle.
    3. Spread the butter on the sauce pan. Place the bread on the pan in low heat so as not to burn the bread.
    4. Flip it! Bon apetit!

    i like this, hehehe sometimes during lazy afternoons I skip the grilling part and eat the bread and cheese.

    yum yum yum! i had plain grilled cheese sandwich, and i thought this was what TS meant. but no, this is more exciting. yummmyyyyyyyy
