    April 15, 16, and 17, 2011

First Clicks is the only photography workshop in the country that runs for more than 32 hours in 3-full-days. In fact, basing on all internet searches, it is one of the most comprehensive basic photography workshop in the world. All our lessons and modules are unique and are based on our professional experience in the fields of architecture, fine arts and graphic design. Being basic means basic terms, point-by-point learning and base understanding of functions geared to make the photographer shoot better.

It’s the only workshop where you experience firsthand a sunrise shoot, a photo walk through the old part of the city, 8 models in various portrait and lighting study lessons, more than 5 different shoot locations, product shooting using actual shoot boxes and photoshop.

Our post processing comprise of around 40 basic photoshop lessons starting from the tools, functions, image size and resizing to face cleaning and body sculpting to HDR. As artists and graphic designers for more than 25 years, we present the idea of having all images go through post process. This teaches the photographers the idea that there is no such thing as photo purists in the digital world as we all have a choice to create.

First Clicks is our way of supporting the photography industry which is presently becoming one of the most sought-after hobby or craft all over the world. In First Clicks, we don’t teach styles but rather functions, we don’t teach workflows but give basic examples thus giving the photographer space to develop his/her own style by following what they already learned. By doing this, we mentor new photographers who will one day become future image providers for companies, people or art.
