If you're talking about 'TONING' Abs, you can do Crunches, Sit ups, Planks and Squats and for Legs; Running/jogging, Dead lifts and other leg exercises. Dpat strict sa diet for maximum results. Ab workouts 2-3 times a week. NOT everyday coz the muscles will deplete if used everday
@mio, Tama ka bro. Eka nga, Ripped Abs is not made in the gym but in the kitchen. Use the 80/20 ratio or philosophy. Spend or focus 80% on your diet and 10% on abs training/cardio to diminish those stubborn fats around your waist or lower your entire body fat.![]()
