lol i pity the CSR, her voice sounds tired lol what frightens me is that she said there were only 3 of them handling calls??

sometimes the CSR tells the supervisor the customers problem
but the supervisor doesn't act on it or doesn't tell the technical/repair people.
thats why when i have problem with my broadband connection.
I go to the main office. In My case Cebu Business Park Innove Plaza.

actually nagbinogo sad ang customer. sige nag tuyok-tuyok ang agent pag-explain, mu-insist jaopn siya nga wala na man pud lain mabuhat ang agent. oh well, the agent should've been a little more patient but it's really a tough job and i know where she is coming from being a callcenter agent as well. wala man toy patungnan ilang call.

sa customer pod, dili pod angay mag binastos og baba kay ang csr wala may mabuhat. kung mamalikas ang customer angay disto sa mga manager. csrs are just punching bags for customers. ako kung manawag ko sa globe for example, grabe ako pugong kung maglagot ko kay kabalo ko way mahimo ang csr, igo ra tig report. kaso kalagotan lang nako sa globe csr kay bisag unsaon nimo pag storya sa imo problem, ang tubag pareho ra, morag robot. makatawa nalang ko usahay imbes maglagot hehehe.
