I need your help. nag canvass kog mga PC (I dont know unsay term ana) package. Naa sa thinking tools kay tag P24T. Intel Pentium 4. Murag mahal siguro kay mga branded gyd ang gipang gamit.

Is a known brand name like sony, samsung means quality?

if mu assemble kog PC kanang akoy mu palit sa screen, CPU, keyboard and uban pa.. unsa akong palitun? please kog apil og brands ha.

by the way, ang importante nako kay basta lang paspas mu download og songs, and usual email and di ma patol in the middle of sending emails. Di ko hilig og games.

the new core 2's are also LGA775 sockets, intel uses LGA775 for all their desktop processors since 2004

perhaps u mean Netburst series... yes netburst are hotter than Core 2's and Athlons 64's

intel stock fans are adequate if you dont overclock. our user is not interested in games, most likely not also with overclocking

and the motherboard i recommended above is intel chipset-based for maximum stability

sakto mo mga bro. and for the internet disconnection. seldom ra ang magcause kay imo hardware. most often ang provider ang maka-assure nimo na 24/7 imo connection. advise lang pud, kung gusto ka constant imo connection ayaw pag-wifi. maybe you can use pldt landline DSL or anything nga nakawired.

that's not really a fair assessment...

i am a subscriber of both pldt myDSL and smart BRO...i'm having more problems using the DSL than the wifi...i just use my dsl connection for downloading because i have more bandwidth...if my smart bro acct were a 1mbps acct, i'd never use my dsl anymore...and if it's disconnection problems you're speaking of, my dsl connection disconnects at least 4 times a day...whereas my wifi connection only disconnects about 2 times...

and if you're referring to the WiFi as a way of distributing the internet connection, i'm using a linksys wrt54g router for my home network. we're no longer using rj45 lan. we're all using 802.11g wireless adaptors and we're not having any reception issues...but speedwise, of course the lan cable is still faster...and security-wise, they still have to do more work with WEP and WPA keys...

so disadvantage nlng sa wifi are:
1) speed.
2) security.

but stability, pareha2x na man run these days...

ngano na abot man mu sa wi-fi, the thread starter needed advise on what hardware to purchase for a 24/7 online unit. since its a download system so wi-fi is out due to low bandwidth.
