So then we had the CARPENTRY SERVICE of the people above. To be very honest,we are very disappointed and unsatisfied of the service they gave us. We asked them to build us a very simple cabinets with shelves, take note of the word SIMPLE. So then they went over to our place and take a look at the area and estimated everything. They did send us a quotation in a total value of 15,000 php and that includes the labor and materials. Indeed they made cabinets but it was incomplete, shelves were missing. And they walked out without finishing the job. There was one cabinet that wasn't built. The cabinet doors are too difficult to open even when the paint is already dry. They left paint on our refrigerator, on our floor. They stained our floor that we need to scrub it just to clean it up. The quotation of the work wasn't properly estimated that there are still materials that weren't used and yet we paid them for that. They even don't know how to cut woods that made some gaps on the door to the bottom of the cabinets and even from the door to the side wall of the cabinets. Yes they build us a cabinets that's way simple than what we expected. If you are gonna take a look at their job done, it wasn't built by carpenters. It was very disappointing because we paid them for a disaster job on our kitchen. Now we tried to complain to the contractor since she was the one who handled everything, they refuse to finish the job and they want us to pay them more just to finish the job.
May God help them with the kind of business they're handling..but surely we wouldn't want their frustrating service anymore. The contractor even told us that we're the only customers who complained,well we don't care about what kinds of service they've given to their other customers, what we are concern about is that they can't give a BEST QUALITY SERVICE..I HOPE OTHERS COULD LEARN FROM OUR EXPERIENCE..
