I guess you are using nod32 there? This usually means, an currently unknown threath was detected by the scanners heuretic engine (and should have been removed....?). Submit the file in question to virustotal.com and see what it really is.

And try to checkout wilderssecurity.com. They host the official nod32 support site. There you can get answers to almost any questions regarding malware, nod32 etc.
