I hope this is the right place to put this thread: sorry mods if nasaag ko!

Our LOB is looking for a place for our summer outing. Headcount is around 80-90 persons. We will be using the place for an entire day only though others might consider staying overnight if they like the place. This would be on the 27th of March 2011 and a whole-day event only.

The place should be a beach resort with amenities like a swimming pool. Public resorts are fine though we prefer private beach resorts with a beach house since there are too many of us and we want to seclude the place to ourselves. We also want a white beach but would reconsider if not if the offer is good.

We are thinking of bringing our own foods but we would also want the venue to cater the food as a package with the accomodation.

Pls post your bids and the corresponding prices for entrance, rent for cottages/rooms and food (if the venue would want to cater is as well.)
