need help on how to install windows xp for hp compact presario cq40?

I'm currently using vista for my laptop (described above). i want to use xp.. i tried installing xp but there are drivers that didn't work.. or should i upgrade to windows 7?

Mao na problema sa XP, better search lang sa web bro driver sa imo laptop. Pero kung ganahan way hasol, try window 7 if kaya imo laptop.

sa in ani nga laptop just like mine cq40 sad ko, d na mo support ang HP ug XP nga os... vista na cla or win 7... tried to shift sad bro but unfortunately magkaproblema jud sa mga drivers... wa nay available drivers para sa xp and if naa man lisod kaau pangitaon bisag gamit ka ug driver downloading software.. much better bro kung mo stick nlang ka sa win7 which is much better than vista... hehehe

try disabling the Sata Native Mode sa BIOS. then install XP.

ay w8 na install na nimo ang xp? drivers nalang ang kulang? aw download nalang ka if mao na..
