House and Lot in Maria Luisa park

Looking for a new or almost new house in Maria Luisa park.

* Floor area: 300+sqm
* Lot area: ~500sqm
* Garage good for 3 cars
* 3 bedrooms is absolutely fine, no need for more.
* It should have a basement, or at least an extra room of about 35sqm or more, for my home theater.
* NO pool needed (if it has, fine)
* 2 storey, single detached
* Fenced all around with garden at the front plus backyard
* Centralized hot water

As nearer to the Banilad gate, as better.

I am living the last couple of years in Ma. Luisa Park and do not want to move out of the village, so please only reply when the house you have for sale is within the village.

Budget for this would be anywhere between 14-17mio.

I intent to buy the house/lot by May this year.
