Nabantayan namo sa akong mga kauban sa opisina nga daghang nangabuang karong panahuna. The cause was said to be the drastic changes in the weather.

Nagtabi man gud mi kay ni-chika ko nga ako manghod nagduty sa C. City Community Hospital then naa silay patient nga boang. Dili man diay na ideretso sa Sanitarium kay dapat naa man na referral or endorsement sa doctor. The woman is 25years old and a Chemical Engineer. She is successful sa iyang field kay bisan bata pa siya OIC na siya a ilang gitrabahoan.

One night at around 9pm, nananghid siya sa iya papa nga moadto sa simbahan kay gitawag daw siya sa Ginoo. Seryoso kaayo siya nisulti pero gatuo iya papa joke2x lang. Pag-around 11pm, nanawag ang guard sa simbahan kay nagwala daw iya anak didto, dili mogawas bisan manira na ang simbahan kay gitawag siya sa Ginoo.

mao na, we shouldnt pressure our selves much..

manic depressions are usually the culprit of a loosing screws on someone's head..

cguro.. if you look at their profile... these people have high I.Q's, mostly successful in their respective fields and mostly passionate on their goals...

One thing that these people lack though... is a comfort zone to fall back when they hit the lowest ebb of their life...

The higher they want to achieve their goals or aspirations the higher they drive hard... when the circumstances behind usually doesn't work out to their likings... they undergo a state of manic depression....

depende sa level and tolerancy of the depression... Most can overcome this stage in their lives.... BUT! for some who has a low tolerancy to succumb and adapt to it...

They begin to see, talk and hear voices in their head na...

that is why, it is very important to talk and communicate jud to a person who is undergoing a mental and manic depressive state... It could alleviate one's personal outlook, just by communicating and reaching to that person who is undergoing emotional and depressing turmoils deep down in his/her life...

You can save that person just by talking and reaching out to him or her....
