    Default I need help! HomeCredit-Insular...


    guys i need your advice. this is regarding my homecredit application.
    i work at Stream... Nakareceive mi ug email sa outlook na naa seminar ang Insular, HomeCredit daw. For those who are not familiar with this, mura ra ni xa savings plan, pero salary deduction ni xa dn makuha ra nimu ang money after 2yrs or 3yrs or 4 and so on depende sa plan na imu gikuha... actually i thought this is really a good deal... kay xempre salary deduction and especially ako man gud d jud ko kasave kay gastador au ko, so for me ok au xa that way kay makasave ko una usa ko ka gasto... and naa na daghan sa amu company nakasuway and ok daw...so i signed up for it last Nov 2010...
    2 days after i signed up, i got the chance to talked with my mother about it, and she disapproved the idea... kay mas nindot daw gihapun if ako ra mag gunit sa ako savings kay in case of emergency daw naa ra ko makuot where as kung sa homecredit interesan pa ko sa ako kaugalingun na money kung ako gamiton na nq... dn dugay pa jud daw au ang process. grabe daw na inconvience nga kung buot huna2on ako jud daw toh money... ako pa nya daw mangutang ako kaugalingun money...at 1st i thought paranoid ra si mama kay kadaghan na man gud toh xa mabiktima anang insurance2x ug mga educational plans... pero i realized eventually na naa point si mama...
    so i talked with HR if pwd buh icancel... ana xa pwd daw... pasendun lang daw ko ug email... but since sales acct man ko and we handle credit card info sa ako acct, d mi kasend ug emails... so ang ako tl dapat magsend... during that time on leave akong TL... so i had to wait kung kanus-a xa mu.duty ug balik... after a week pa ko usa nka send...

    nacharjan ko ako first paymnt 2 weeks after ko nagsend sa email...that was dec. 24, 2010... 500 ra ako gi-sign upan na deduction every payday but around 800 ang na deduct including daw sa service charge... ok ra... ok ra sad nako nacharjan ko 1st kay i was thinking na basin tungud kay medyo late ko nakapacancel...
    but next payday ana jan 7, 2011 na.charjan napud ko... wa japun ko nagreklamo... nagwait lang jud ko sa ila reply sa ako request pagpacancel... kasabot ko kay dili bya na dali...
    but during the 3rd time pag jan 21, 2011 nacharjan na pud ko dn wa japun sila nreply... didto na jud ko nreklamo... ako gipa-follow up sa ako tl... pero wa gihapun sila nireply...
    until na charjan na jud 4th time pag feb 4, 2011... until now wa jud gihapun sila nreply... cge nako pangulit sa amu hr kay sila man makigcommunicate... xempre salary deduction bya so naa jud sila mahimu ana... kay gusto tah sa ako mama ipa-stop sa sa hr ang deduction kay wa man reply2 ang insular... pero kasabot bya ko na dapat makigcommunicate jud ang insular first before muhimo ug action ako company kay they are partnering with stream bya... pero over na man gud, dec pa bya toh nako gipacancel... bisag reply na man lang if unsa na ba update sa ako cancellation...wala jud tawn balita...

    ang kalagot pa is wala jud mi copy sa contract na amu gipirmahan or ila terms and conditions or bisag unsa na man lang na pwede himuon proof na member mi ana... wa mi gigunitan na documents na member mi ana then 4 times na sila nakadeduct nako... payday na namu next week nya nagworry ko kay basig charjan na pud ko ani kay wa bya gihapun reply...
    cge nako adto ang hr muingun ra pud wa pay reply...


    d pa jud refundable and service charge... kapila na ko na charjan nya more or less 300 ang service charge... so thank you.hun nalang nila?

    nadiscourage na jud ko ai... makwala bya gana ug trabaho... 1 day na pud bya na namu na pay... nya mpunta ra sa wala...bisan gani 3 or 2 pesos na sukli sa jeep ato gani pangayuon unsa pa kha nang 800...

    . unsay may best nako buhatun?... unsaon nako pagreklamo?... where ko makareklamo?... pwd buh ko mu seek ug legal advice? what's best to do man? pls help... tnx

    300 service charge is too much...the max should be at least 50 pesos...I think there is something fishy going on here...better report them to the proper authorities or ipa BOMBO nimo ni sila..the HR should be taking action on this...grabeha sad anang SC nga 300...

    have you talked directly to your HR? Im pretty sure they can at least deny the payment. Show them a copy of your email. Walay hotline ang insular?

    if you want a more flexible savings with higher yield, try mutual funds. I can help you with it.

    lageh grabe jud... i've talked with hr... kay nila man pud nako gsend ang ako reklamo sila ra ang musend didto sa insular... so wa jud ko direct contact ani nila... muingun ra man sad sila na wa pa daw nireply ang insular... kapila na namu sige sendan ug email with my payslips... nahibung gani ko kay 500 ra gud ako g.sign-upan pwo kahibaw ko na on top of that naa SC pwo wa ko magexpect na more than half pud d i xa...
    wala jud koy nakuha tarung nga answer gkan nila... sa internet nalang ko nagsearch kung asa ko pwd mureklamo ani... gtan-aw nako sa website sa insular wa man sd klaro... nagsend na pud ko ug email sa nakapost na email add didto... wa pud reply...

    wala jud hotline... wa mi kahibaw... wa man mi direct contact ani nila... amu hr ra magsend nila emails or mucontact nila...

    @khruelle: i'm also a member of home credit insular from stream..started last november as well but i don't have plans on cancelling the account..naa ko plano magloan after mu appear sa ila system ang january and february contributions nato..for now ang december pa ang naa sa ila system..manila base man gud ang remittance ana..if you want to cancel your account just email angel quijano, ngl_quilano@yahoo.com or contact:Najess S.     @ palanggako123: wow thank you jud... this would really help... yah i figured that out... i actually don't have anything against it man jud...nisabot gani ko sa first 2 charges nako... kay i know dli xa dali maprocess pero nagreply lang sad tah sila... bisan hr gani hibung nganu wa mureply niya magpacancel n pud ta daw xa... nindot man feedback ang ako mga kauban about aning homecredit... nafrustrate lang jud ko kay bisag reply na man lang wa jud sila... they left me hanging man gud...but anyway, good luck and God bless... thanks for the info...

    just wondering, are they also charging you for a 300 pesos service fee?

    Just want to make a follow up on this girl.. I signed up as well for home credit.. Did home credit allowed you to cancel your subscription?? Same thing happened to us and we attempted to cancel our subscription before our 1st deduction and guess what, we were told to pay for SC even if wala pa ga jud official contributions...

    So, it seems that wala jud mi kapadulngan ani... antos ra jud
