Nokia C3-00 Problem: What is BGSA_upload....log? How to fix this problem?

Hello. Has anyone of you, owners of Nokia C3-00 encountered this problem? Whenever you switch on your Nokia C3-00, you would find this BGSA_upload_.....log in your memory card? I have tried to erase it but only on cannot be erased. I tried to reformat the memory card and na erase na but when you check again your memory card, you would find out that after restarting your mobile phone, it would be back again. I also tried to re-update my Firmware version but still it would still appear.

I do hope someone can help me (us) with the problem. Thanks

Have you tried asking sa Nokia Care about this?

I just went to Nokia Care Ayala today, February 9, 2011 and showed it to them. I told everything that I have experienced with this. The CS I talked to said that first time pa daw ni niya na encounter. Iya sad giduda na-ay bug ang firmware. He would inform their office about this and would ask if there are other people also experiencing this. I told the CS that plenty of people are experiencing this but they don't mind it kay dili man makaguba sa phone. I told the CS na sa online forums, daghan sad na-a same problem sa akoa. Hope they would do something about this.

It is better for you guys and gals to go to Nokia Care and let them know.If they know na daghan daghan ang na-a ani problema, they would do action to this.

its a system file, same sa other OS if you have windows mobile phone or droid phones, naa dyud na silay part of system file nga e create sa imong memory, some system files naka hidden.
