I happened to read an article about medical transcription that is homebased (june Edition of entrep). Anyone here working that way? How is it?

There are other information as a homebased clerical job but I think that might be a scam but if there are people actually earning I think we can give it a try right?

I know a relative who's interested in putting up a medical transcription business here in cebu. Last year pa. Ready na iyang contacts abroad.

His main concern is that most people don't have their own personal computers and those who do have expect a higher salary. So, we're still deciding if we should just put up a sort-of call center office or have it outsourced as a home-based job. There are many issues concerning the latter but we're leaning more on that.

We're still formulating our plans and I'm glad some people are interested in home-based jobs.
