    Default Kinsay taga HR dri?

ask lang ko dli ba jud mudawat ang company ug pregnant nga woman for work? kay murag bias man cguro na para sa mga babae....kay mabuntis bya jud ta labi na ug minyo ta.....naa bay law parti ana nga dili dawatun ang babae nga nag aply ug work kung preggy na sxa?

I think mostly dili. Kay companies need you to work immediately and if possible without absences on your first months or year of work. I suggest you apply for work after you give birth to your baby.

There was an exception about that. I knew of a pregnant woman getting hired, then when she gave birth she applied for maternity leave for a few months.

If you want to know what is the catch, that woman had a backer in the company...

dili man jud madawat ang buntis kay ngano: once you are hired in a company, you will undergo for probationary... kay kung buntis gani, ma-affected unya ang performance as probationary...

Most multinational companies who adhere to the internationally accepted Equal Opportunity Principle hire employees based on their qualification and competence....

Gender, age, sexual preference, physical disability or condition do not form part in the employment decisions.... this is the practice in our company.....

its a company discretion man gud kng strenous nga work dili jd xa pwede. kng nag apply paka dili jd ka dawaton kng preggy ka. It legal man, kay sad mao btaw nag hire cla sa position who fits for there qualification.

applicable ni kng hired employee nka. but if nag apply paka it the company discretion jd
example hiring male apllicants bda ni defeat xa sa imo g ingon nga gender. naa pa gani age at least 30 yrs old, or with pleasing personality. Hired employees apllicable imo g ingon but manpower polling na gani ang company jd ang mo hatag what qualification ila g pangita.

i was hired by one of the 'biggest' call centers in cebu back in august. i was able to join a week training but after the company received the results of the medical exam, i was told that i was pregnant by the company nurse. sad to say, they advised me to stop my training right there and then cause they don't allow pregnant women during training. they've advised me to re-apply after giving birth. so, i had no other choice than to leave the company (and never ever go back). since i needed to work, i've applied in a medium sized call center. i was 3 months then. luckily, i got the job and the company i'm working for doesn't discriminate women who are pregnant so long as you can perform and do the job.

so para naku, it's the discretion of the company to hire pregnant employees or not.

kinsa diri tagaHR?? naa diay ku question:
i've worked for a company 2-3 years ago pro wala pa ku kaprocess ug clearance/exit interview. wala ku ni awol, niresign ku tarong. pwede pa ba ku kaprocess sa akong clearance maski 3 years na ang nilabay? (makuha pa ba naku akong last pay? hehe)

    hope naa mureply. salamat daan.

Dili man siguro. You can use Article 137 of the labor code.

never thought of this but why not tell HR that you are pregnant.
