Lahi na cya og box bro og pwede ra sad na siya sa mga dl HD ready nga tv mas tin.aw naman gud na xa kaysa analog pero ang nka apan lang ani kay mahal2x na og katong tanan channel nmu sa analog imu kuhaon kay og dili tanan parihas anang tag 280 nila mga pinili raman nga channel ang naa wlay HBO,CINEMAX etc...

pls correct me if im wrong... If naa kay prepaid connection (box type) and nahan ka mo acquire sa ilang 280 or 499 then you will have to pay for the installation fee... seems murag ngpataod ra sad ka ug bago nga line.... hapit moabot ang intial payment more or less 2.5thou?

what the... grabeha sad oist... bayad paka sa installation fee, lock up for 1 yr... seems di ni makatarunganon dah.... hahay... i want that 280 or 499... but to pay again the installation fee and some stuff NO WAY!

and besides, i got a bad connection here in talamban... bati ang connection, ang nakarat ani perming karat on some of the channels, it cant be viewed kay karat kaayo, thou its selected coz some of the channels are working perfectly....

i ask these concerns to their customer service, its been my 3rd time to ask but no avail... hagtod dili nalang ta ma service kay bz man tawon ta during ofc hrs...

In Manila, they gradually upgraded all analog boxes to digibox for free (I have reason to believe that these analog boxes are dumped to the provinces)...Just wait until the phase out of these analog boxes when they become obsolete soon (or their supplier no longer support it) and they will eventually change them all to digital boxes!! ...why do we have to pay for this upgrades!!! or pay again for Installation fees for this upgrade...that's bullshit!!

I once subscribed to their internet service but due to the dangling coaxial cable (poor installation workmanship) towards the modem, my daughter accidentally tripped the cable and damaged the connectors of the modem...my wife solicited customer service and repairman visited our place but only to be told that they will only replaced the modem with new deposit charges for it's replacement!!! WTF!!! My wife visited their main office but they stand by the repiarman's report so I told my wife to instead request for disconnection for the internet service.

Talk about Customer Focus as one of their corporate values...If I was in town during this incident, I will ask directly to talk to their GM. May man gud to ila GM ato kasab-at sa poor services kay mao man dako ug sweldo kay unfair sa mga front liner mudawat sa kasabah kay gamay ra tawon ug sweldo hehehe

What do you mean by Box or Line? I assume you mean prepaid and post paid, correct? If so, it doesn't matter, the boxes just act as de-scrambler cable TV interfaces with some functionality to avoid illegal connections. Kay sauna wala pa nila g-scramble and signals, one can directly connect at their distribution taps...and due to many illegal connections, they scramble the signals and can only be converted to viewable TV signal via that "box".

Package are all marketing strategy...just enjoy the "analog" box for now as long as you have your wanted channels. Unless, you really want to ride on the digibox hypes and pay more...
