Have a BAD experience with this hotel, very rude behavior of the owner, Mr. Ralph a German National. He confirmed our booking thru text a week before and even called him 2 days before the schedule trip. After the tour we proceed to the Aloha Land Hotel, they said that they have not receive a booking schedule from us. The sad part is the owner Mr. Ralph who is there at the time of our arrival did not entertain us. We have no choice but to find another hotel for us

I did not present the confirmation text for he is drank already. Mostly of their guest are foreigner, we felt that we are being discriminated. We later found out thru our driver of the tour that Mr. Ralph have this attitude problem.He is indeed a typical German rude attitude.
