Guys, I just got a new Linksys SPA921 from a client, but i'm not sure how to connect it to my router. This phone is only an extension since it does not have any phone number associated with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can connect it directly to any port in your router.

It is working now. Question lng. Not sure if this is a router issue or not. Sometimes I can see a call coming in the softphone, but hardphone isn't ringing. Could this be a router issue?

bai your IPPHONE wer is it registered to? are you running your own pbx or just an external account?
