Psu and video card upgrade advice

hello guys, im planning to get a new video card which is the nvidia gtx 460 1 gig or 768,

ask lang ko if makaya sa akung power supply which is silverstone st50f es 500w

the rest of my components are the following:

phenom II x4 955 3.2 stock

x2 2gig ddr 1333

x1 260 hdd

gigabyte GM 880 udh2 mobo ver 1.4

or if naa ika suggest nga VC which is no need to me to change my psu.

dili e overclock for which specific component bro? videocard or sa processor?

so kanang gtx 460 nga overclocked edition through manufacturer dili ko pwd ko ana?
