The University of the Philippines Cebu College will once again host the most anticipated collegiate cosplay event in Cebu City, the UP OTAKUFEST.



Every year, Otaku (or hobbyists) from all over Cebu gather at the UP Grounds to take part in this colourful celebratory fusion of cosplay, anime, photography, Japanese culture, and many more!

UP Otakufest 4 will be made more exciting by the following activities:
Cosplay Competitions (Solo & Group)
DOTA Competition,
J-Pop Dance Contest
Photography Contest
Original Character Design Contest
Maid Café
Fashion Show
Costume Auction
Film Showing
Mini 4WD Race
&& guest bands and dance crews.

Entrance fee is: 60 pesos
