Need Help: Salary Survey for IT companies

Hi mag survey ko sa mga salaries ngari sa mga IT companies..

so this survey is purely kung pila ang TOTAL salary range, including all alowances sa mga software engineers ngari sa CEBU

if:
entry level
2yrs experience
3-5yrs experience
5-7yrs experience
7yrs and more

u may or may not put in the company name...
pwede pud pm me na lang

These are tiers because years of experience do not necessarily mean promotion.

Entry Level - 8-10K
Junior SE - 14K (kung swertehon naay increase , otherwise retain ang entry level salary)
Senior SE - 16-26K (kung swertehon naay increase , otherwise retain ang Junior SE salary)
Mgmt 2 Level SE - 27K up (kung swertehon naay increase, otherwise retain ang Senior SE salary)
Mgmt 3 Level SE - 40K up ( 60K sweldo sa ako manager, entry level na siya(with backers), Dont ask where i got the figures )
Mgmt 4 Level Bullshits - 90K up ( limited to people with backers, brown nosers and tagalogs)

Oh, i know... Some outsourcing company is openning up here in cebu and is looking for figures. Where do I send my resume? ^__^

naghimo pa man sila study, para naa sila idea kung same na ba gyud daw ang salary range sa manila ug ngari for IT.. mga nov pa daw official hiring.. then mga april - may ang sugod..

Manila level salaries are very far off from the ones in Cebu. I think entry level SE compensation in Manila is around 20 if im not mistaken.
25-30 for the better companies.

kung kana sa taas nimo ang range dili pajud the same ang sweldo. just asked my barkada in makati if supervisor sya or manager, ingon sya isang hamak na senior programmer. Said 60-70T iya sweldo, 3 months pa lang sya. Gikan to sya here sa NEC and BigFoot, nangita ug daku-dako! MiSys sya ngwork

a maybe specialist na siya tingali.. wala pud tingali ordinary senior programmer nga 60 to 70T... hehehe...
kanang mga specialist nuon kay dili mga manager, mga programmer gihapon pero dagko sweldo...

Nope he's a senior programmer lang bai MiSys International Banking Systems kuno sya ngwork, last year naa pa sya sa bigfoot ngwork then balhin sa manila. Java ila gamit na language.

usually ako hibawan nga ana ang salary are programmer specialist.. hehehe kanang mga 5 years or more nga mao ra gyud ang gibuhat ba.. like 5 years solid java ka...

kung based lang sa new hire starting,.. close na baya ang sweldo sa cebu

average of ~17K with tax shield na na.. then kung jap firm, pasas ka philnits/jitse then mas dako by 1 to 3K...
labaw na kung jlpt level 3 up ka hehehe

naa man gud daghan companies nga 25K kuno ang starting sa new hire but walay tax shield/allowances. ang net nimo kay same ra or mas gamay man gani usahay sa mga nagsweldo lang ug 20K nga ang basic kay 15K then allowances kay abot 5K

so far naa ko idea sweldo kay lexmark, nec, epson, adtx, alliance, ncr.. wala pa sure ang sa exist, icomm, innodata, bigfoot
