Pag-ibig loan Failure...advise please...

Here is what happened?

I was shopping at SM and somebody from a realty corporation approach me for a house and loanable through PAG-IBIG..it was nice..I like the offer then we decided to visit the site..The site was good there were even residents on the place already...it was in compostela actually..

The price for the loan was not expensive as well. It was like a mid-price...I decided to apply for one...I went to PAG-IBIG and attended the seminar etc. I even ask if the Development Corp that is offering this is accredited and they are.

Everything was smooth sailing actually. I paid them a reservation and issued a post dated check for the equity and the excess lot. This was actually done in good faith. I was not thinking that a problem will arise soon.

I wont mention the company here since it may damage their reputation..although Im planning to sue them but I guess this is not the proper veneu for that.

I have paid already for almost a year (11 months) to be exact. They have promised me the dates that we can transfer last August 2010, then it was extended since it was not finished that date, and then another extention..they made a lot of promises actually.... the date was moved 3 times...of course I have plans as well and this really ruined those plans...

Finally I gave up...I took all the checks that has not been cleared yet..and then I even informed them that if they are really serious with this one...I will give until the end of the year (2010)...what happened was there was no calls or even text made about any update...

I will give you some details about this later...I just want to know your opinion guys about this one...

By the way...I have not recovered the money I paid...They said I can have it back after 8 months still....which is so unfair...it was not me who have failed, yet they are not returning my money back immediately...thanks guys in advance..

bro u better write to the manager of pag ibig of the situation so that the developer may aware.or go directly to mam vicky dela peña OVP-Visayas third floor.its so easy na kai gamay sipyat ana nila ma call dayon na ila attention due to sa scam sa luzon...mo take action dayon na cla...wid less a month kuha dayon na imo kwarta especially mo write ka kai VP Binay.cya man ang chairman sa HUDCC.ang pag ibig under man cla.so goodluck bro...

Oo ty jud akong reservation...equity nalang akong makuha...pero its okay as long as I can get back the rest of my money..according sa agreement na gipirmahan namo..3 months i can get back my money..pero d staff there that normally its 8 months daw..hahay..

thanks bro...i will take note of this...i just called their office karon...patawagon lang daw ko balik..im not expecting that they will return all of my money but im hoping na i can have it back immediately since it my money....

it was not disapproved..we didnt even reached that point since the developer was not able to finish the house on their promised date...it still under construction until now..i cancelled it with them na...their first promise was last august 2010...then made another promises (3 dates); their final assesment daw is that it will be done... around june 2011..imagine...

nahitabo sad na sa amu kauban...grabe ang promise...ang una reason ky ang poste daw...then ang road nasad ila rason..hangtod ni decide sila nga kuhaon nlang ang money...pero..maka reklamo bah ta sa mga palpak nga trabaho ngadto sa pag-ibig...??like dghan kaayo mga developers wala ka sulbad sa water...ingon sila ang MCWD na ang bahala ana....ang pressure sa water dli ka support sa kadaghan nag puyo anang subdivision....lisod kaayo ning nga back job...uban wala matarong ang atop...dghan tulo...paet...lesson...naa disadvantage sa real estate investment....

im calling their accounting dept later...kay gi pa call back ra man...ko...hopefully i will have an answer for a definite time on when can I have my money back..

the damage has been done already...hopefully this would be a lesson to others...next time ill be careful....i mean be more careful...
