Monitor or Video Card Problem?

bought last 12/22/10

Specifications:
Intel E5500 Dual Core
ECS G31T-M7L
2GB DDR2
Inno3d 1GB 9500GT 128bit
Generic PSU <-- forgot how many watts

My girlfriend bought this video card and monitor
but there's something wrong because the monitor's display changes color
it dims then brightens up then dims again

Is it because of her Generic PSU? Basig kulang sa power?

anyways,wala pa sad lage kay karon rako hapon nakahibaw.ugma nako matestingan pero paminaw nimo unsa kaha?ma lain2 man daw ang color sa display.

bai tasho try daw ug gamit sa Built in nga VGA. kong ma usab gani naa problem sa Monitor or sa Motherboard nimo. e try lang bro kong naa sad na built in nag Motherboard nimo...

update: nakaadto ko sa ilaha nakalimot kog testing sa on-board but nawala nmn ang kato modim niya mo brighten up if duwaan ug game
