can't log into my facebook and email account

i'm not sure if this is the right section to post in. please mods, move nalang kung nasayop ko..

since dec 30, i've been having problems in logging into my facebook and email account. they both use the same email address and password.

kapila nako mag-ilis ug secret questions and passwords. murag over 10 times in the course of 3 days na. makasud ko after resetting my password and changing to another password, then after about 1-2 hours, ig login nako sunod, muingon nasad ug incorrect password sa email nya sa facebook kay "you're using an old password".

i've already tried scanning my computer with two anti-virus softwares, avira antivir and microsoft security essentials. not simultaneously coz i know magconflict ang duha.

so far, wala man koy mga malicious software ug files gipangdownload/install. i've tried scanning my computer numerous times na. both quick and full scans. nya puro ra wala madetect.

i've already filed a report to the facebook team. wala pa sila nireply. i've also made a sign-in seal sa yahoo mail para ma-ensure na walay phishing and i'm on the real yahoo site.

di kaayo mumatter ang facebook nako kay makahimu raman kog bag-ong account. i just really need my email account kay didto tanan transactions nako. gikapoy nako sigeg reset and change password nya mu-last ra ug pila ka hours. unsa kaha jud ni? salamat daan sa tabang.

basin naay malware imo pc bro. try daw scanning with malwarebytes. mka.detect na kng naa ba running malware or botnet sa imo pc.

use another/new email address to your fb with different password on email and fb
then change you current password on your old email
clean you temp internet files, cache, cookies to all your browser

if malware sad.. try using combofix.

wala man cooking brad cookies man na imo mean..
used another browser ..

Try daw e pa login sa imong pc katong naa account sa FB kong ka sulod ba sila... or try imo account ug login using other pc

Reset your facebook password and update settings by associating your yahoo mail account. Just go to Accounts Settings and click "Add a new linked account". This way if you're signed-in in yahoo you as well automatically be logged into Facebook.
