are the cops/government really pressured with this that they needed to create this?
why not have this when the case was not done yet? why wasn't this "group" brought up before when the case was still in the lower courts?

is this another case of a "fall guy"?

i've read the news bro.. isa ra ako masulti: GOODLUCK!
Why?

1. DOUBLE JEOPARDY ---- even if a stronger case can be made by the prosecution against Webb, et.al., they are protected by a constitutional right against double jeopardy.

2. All allegations by Melchor Gongora Chavez cannot hold water if that Edmond A will not testify. Whoever will testify about the falsification of the passport of Webb and the alleged enactment of snow behind PICC must have PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE about it, meaning they were there and they can prove that they were there. otherwise, it will be excluded by the court as hearsay evidence. (this is ridiculous! asa man tawn sila mangita ug inadto kadaghna na ice and sa luyo pajud sa PICC, claro kaayo sila.. and dili kaya malanay dayon ang ice sa kainit!) ------ kani pod if dawaton sa court ang complaint considering that double jeopardy has already set in.

3. Even if lain tao pa ang ila i-present as suspect, where are the evidence? all the evidence they had were either burned by biong, lost by nbi or according to alfaro! Plus they only have until June 29, 2011 to file the case.

haaayyy... we should strive to excel.. not settle for mediocrity.. that's what caused this whole mess.. NBI was so mediocre in their investigation, pati na rin the prosecution... they wanted to blame someone fast without even studying and making sure that the case was airtight.
