How do you handle "pasipsipay" on work?

I think, mostly nato naa jud experience anang paduolay sa luwag at work... Personally, dli jud ko ganahan ani kay makadaot jud sa work environment... Most of the time, ako buhaton ani kay dli man jud nako maaford nga musipsip aron manindot ato kabutang sa work, mangita ko ug lain nga work place... Kamu, how do you handle this type of situation?

Anyway, dli ko sure if naa na ba existing thread ani... Kung naa na, you can freely delete this...

Just ignore them. just do the thing that you are paid for. mag sakit ra imong buot if imu na sila e-mind. Anywhere, or anykind of working environment has those people who are sip2x. Let the management call your attention for being one of the top performers.

mao lagi, bisag asa jud mura ug naa man... sayang lang jud kanang mga dagko nga company nga nindot au ila mga vision ug ila mga rules nya anha madaot sa ila mga tawo kay pabor pabor man.... parat... ^_^

kadtong uban kaha nga madugay sa in-ani nga sitwasyon g-unsa kaha nila pag-handle sa? para at least naa sad ta idea unsaon aron madugay sad ta sa company... ^_^
