Hi, im not sure if there's already an existing thread for this, tried to search but haven't found one.
I know most of us here experienced this already. my experience goes like this. one time, during sa akong laag2x, i came across a building where its structural design amazed me. with my camera, i tried to get an artistic shot of what i saw. suddenly an officer approach me and asked me why am i taking those shots and began questioning things which i am not comfortable answering. One guard told me "Dong hununga na imung picture2x kay imbargohon ko ng imung camera ron" hearing those lines freaked me out, ana ko, "unsa diay patakaran ninyo sa pag take2x ug picture diri? may i know nganong dili pwede" wala na sya nitubag kay basta bawal lang jud daw. an officer (murag mas labaw sa guard) began questioning me like, "asa ka nag trabaho", "unsa imu trabaho" ug "name" wala ko nitubag ug tarong ato nga questions kay di ko ganahan...
I tried my research ngano ingon ani. some establishment diay, take it as "terrorism Activity". tsk2x paeta na himo na noon kong terorista ini.
Q: what are our rights as ordinary citizens nga ganahan lang jud mag picture2x against this kind of 'harassment'
Q: as a photography hobbyist, what are our limitations para dili ta ma alaan ug terrorsita?
Q: and do they really have the right to confiscate our gears if they 'suspect' us involve in a terrorist act.?
here's a video of same experience
